The Eco-justice Connection promotes the active participation of communities in government decisions and the policies that will affect the very places where we live. Through promoting civic engagement, the North Carolina Council of Churches’ climate-centered programs support denominations, congregations, and people of faith to impact our state on issues such as environmental and economic justice, community resiliency, human well-being, equality, compassion, and peace.
